Every step, every strategy even product and services execution depends upon management. Management depends upon everything and controls everything. In short, management is a mixture of art and science to get the job done through everything. Similarly, functions of management in a company focus on finance, team, maintenance, behavior, team, and individual work, etc.
Planning
This part is needed for executing work or strategy. Similarly, from the internal strategical point of view planning is needed to maintain the internal infrastructure. From the external point of view, planning is needed to earn money and generate value. Planning is generally two types. One is the main plan and another one is the backup plan. If the main plan fails then the backup plan helps to improve all.
Organization
Apart from the freelancers we always work as a team. This team works under a platform or we can say under a roof. This is the organization. Organizations are always run strongly by leadership, strategy, planning, execution. The organization doesn’t mean asset. As well as, office or house too. We can establish a virtual organization.
Co-ordinating management in the company
Co-ordinating simply means inter-dependency. In this function, we always look at the relationship between team members. Similarly, we make good co-ordination with the clients too. Few points are
- Team memebers have good empathy and friendly to each other
- Customers or clients don’t have issues with our work.
- Not only between us great empathy with the people, who don’t work for us too.
Controlling functions of management
In this case, we have to look at two factors. First, controlling ourselves, and second, controlling the team with effort. Controlling ourselves means
- Don’t have to show positional power
- We can’t make same mistake
- If the opposite person have different opinion then doing discussion, not battling.
- Nagotiation power with value addition
Controlling a team means a different thing. Similarly, we should have to focus on different aspects
- Proper work daviation between each people.
- Similarly, availability of the people.
- Financial, analytical and behaviral stability and share between people.
- Regular iteraction between teamamtes and with the clients.
That’s why in a company we always look at everything to keep everything under control.
Leadership management in the company
Leadership is a skill. Managing work and people is leadership. Similarly, work culture, verbal behavior, non-verbal behavior, the responsibility of work, and teammates all are leadership qualities. Furthermore, some unique qualities and adaptivity are also in leadership. If leadership quality is highly important for everyone. Managers, owners, etc. aren’t leaders, it’s a position. Leaders are friendly team players. Leaders take responsibility for their mistakes. As well as, they take his/her team’s mistake too.
Motivation
Self-motivated and distribution of positivity always increase productivity. As well as, we can increase our skills and improvements. If a person on the team is not motivated enough as well as positive enough then it could damage the culture. A motivated person can think creatively, and work smartly. If in an organization employees aren’t motivated then positive people will not come.
- Always we have to give proper value to our employees.
- Maintain the atmosphere good for working.
- We always have to look at the hiring procedure well for hiring energatic, motivated person.
Communication
In the company, it plays the most important part in functions of management. Communication builds good internal relationships. It also reflects our positivity. As well as, communication shows our leadership quality. Similarly, it shows an organization’s culture. Communication with consulting approach will bring new customers. It helps to solve problems more easily. That’s why communication is the key part for everyone. It increases brand loyalty.
